Study on dynamic viscoelastic constitutive model of nonwater reacted polyurethane grouting materials based on DMA

Abstract Nonwater reacted polyurethane grouting materials are new developed to make up for the shortcomings of water-reactive in emergency rescue. However, its viscoelastic properties and constitutive model under dynamic loads have not been systematically studied. Based on thermal mechanical analysis (DMA), indexes such as storage modulus, loss factor nonwater polymer material were obtained, frequency spectrum with different densities analyzed. In addition, comparing analyzing classical models Maxewell model, Kelvin Fractional fourth-order generalized Maxwell (GMM) was selected construct grounding materials. Then, parameters obtained by using multi-objective shared parameter fitting method, established. Furthermore, verified DMA test. The results show that article can accurately efficiently describe materials, which lays a foundation response structures.
